The TC Advantage for a

Junior Transaction Coordinator!

Our business is growing and we are in search of the perfect candidate to work as an assistant to one of our team TCs. This is an apprenticeship position that includes active training meant to transition into a lead TC role within a year's time. Our ideal candidate is focused, driven and dedicated to providing a high level customer service experience.

Below is a list of qualities we are looking for in a candidate and some of the job duties you can expect to be responsible for.

Is This You?

  • Currently and actively working in a position involved in California real estate. (Assistant TC, team admin, agent assistant, compliance officer, etc)

  • Working knowledge of DocuSign, Zipforms, Glide, Adobe and GSuite (Open to Close & Cognito is a plus)

  • Familiar with CAR real estate forms

  • Disciplined & self motivated

  • Structured and organized. Works well off of checklists & time blocking.

  • Loves building systems and methods to make your job more efficient

  • Enjoys setting & achieving goals & benchmarks

  • Avid note taker & list maker

  • Adapts quickly to new technology

  • Strong desire to control your own career & achieve exponential growth

  • Self declared "problem solver" or "Jack of all trades"

  • Wants a career, not just a job

  • Our ideal candidate thinks "outside the box" and thrives in a fast-paced & sometimes high pressure environment

  • Excellent customer service skills & a strong communicator in person or via phone or email.


Tasks assigned to this position include but are not limited to:

  • New Listing & New Escrow Intake & Processing (contract review, data entry, system setup)

  • Track status of requested/required documents

  • Ownership of backend broker requirements

  • Review commission instructions for accuracy then obtain required signatures & return to escrow.

  • Generate documents in Zipforms or Glide

  • Facilitate signatures as requested by the TC

  • Upload documents to broker systems (Dotloop, Skyslope, DocuSign TR, Zipforms TMS) as needed.

  • Order Home Warranties & NHD Reports

  • Check in & File Away Opening & Closing Escrow Packages

  • Package up property disclosures via Glide

  • Assist in agent retention & client care

  • Assist with email management

  • Merge & split PDFs

  • File Audits/Compliance Reviews

  • Close out files

  • Researching & verifying information across multiple systems

  • This is a salaried position.

  • Pay is $35,000 - $40,000 annually depending on experience

  • Benefits include paid holidays, paid time off, cell phone allowance & annual cost of living increase

  • This is a remote position. Must have a quiet workspace, reliable & high-speed internet and you must make yourself available Monday-Friday (9am-5pm PST)
