Our team is made up of experienced transaction professionals who understand that the smallest details can carry the biggest risk. Every file we touch is handled with care, structure, and a deep respect for the legal and contractual obligations of a real estate transaction.
Each team member holds an active California real estate license, giving us a working knowledge of contracts, disclosures, and compliance requirements that goes far beyond basic administrative support. We don’t just follow checklists, we understand why each document matters and how it protects the agent, broker, and client.
We are also covered by our own exclusive Errors & Omissions insurance, providing an additional layer of protection and accountability for the services we provide. This allows our clients to move forward with confidence, knowing their transactions are supported by a team that takes risk management seriously.
With extensive contract knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and systems built around compliance, our team acts as a steady, informed presence from contract to close—anticipating issues, flagging potential risks, and keeping transactions organized, accurate, and defensible.

Lauren Noack

The TC Advantage is founded and run by Lauren Noack. Lauren has over 10 years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator and a background in marketing and interior design. After working for years as a personal assistant to a top producing real estate agent, Lauren decided to branch out on her own to start The TC Advantage. Her goal was to use her skills and experience to efficiently execute Broker compliant files combined with the one on one customer service of a personal assistant. Lauren is a founding member and current Treasurer for the California Association of Transaction Coordinators (CATC) and has received certification from the California Association of Realtors (CAR) as a Transaction Coordinator and as a Forms Trainer. When she's not in the office, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, road trips and vegan food.

Bri Gomes

Bri Gomes’ real estate career began in 2012. After graduating from California State University Sacramento with a degree in Business Finance, she obtained her California Real Estate Salesperson License. Bri has an in-depth understanding of the real estate process as she has worked as both a transaction coordinator and Realtor. Her passion and experience make her a great fit for this position as she is very organized, efficient and skilled at multitasking to successfully manage multiple transactions and ensure contractual timelines are met. She lives in San Diego and enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants and attending live music events.
