Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026


At The TC Advantage, all services are provided on a per-file basis and involve the allocation of time, resources, and administrative effort immediately upon file acceptance. For this reason, all fees are non-refundable.
 

No Refunds

Once a file has been submitted and accepted, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Transaction cancellation or failure to close

  • Client or agent change of plans

  • Delays outside of our control

  • Partial use of services

  • Dissatisfaction with outcomes that are outside the scope of our administrative role


Cancellations

If a transaction is cancelled after submission, fees remain due as work may have already been completed or resources reserved. Any applicable cancellation or administrative fees will be outlined in your service agreement.


Administrative Scope

The TC Advantage operates strictly in an administrative capacity at the direction of the agent and broker. We do not control transaction outcomes, negotiations, lender decisions, inspections, or escrow processes, and therefore cannot offer refunds based on those factors.
